SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

In order to ensure the personal and property safety of the athletes, coaches and all management staff, all participating teams should strengthen the safety education and coordinate with the security staff in the stations and stadium, jointly safeguarding the smooth conduction of the China (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitation(hereinafter referred to as “the Invitational”)

Ⅰ. Personal Safety Instructions

1.Closed-off management is implemented during the Invitational. Members of all participating teams are allowed into the competition stadiums and relevant activity venues at the host schools by presenting their participation IDs. When they participate in the competitions or large-scale activities, they must follow the unified arrangement and dispatching of the Organizing Committee. When entering the venues and/or being transported, the teams shall be led by their team manager or coach.

2.Athletes are not allowed to go out alone. If a group of athletes need to leave the school campus, they must be headed by their team manager or coach and must be registered by the management staff and they must come back together as a group. While they are out, they must carry out safety measures and pay attention to the transportation safety, food safety, and security safety, beware of anyone missing and avoid and accident.

3.Please don’t get involved in any rough-and-tumble play before, during and after the Invitational; starting any alcohol-fuelled incident or assembling crowds for brawls is strictly forbidden; throwing water bottles and other things inside the stadiums is prohibited so as not cause any disturbance on the competitions. All participants should observe disciplines and obey laws, completely eradicating the occurrence of any bad behavior.

4.In case of any emergency, please follow the direction of the security staff. Don’t panic, don’t push or squeeze, and avoid any accidental harm; Non-open areas in the station are not allowed to enter without permission.

5.Please pay close attention to the health status of yourself and other companions; in case of any emergency, please report it to the team manager or volunteer immediately.

Ⅱ. Property Safety Instructions

1.Please safeguard the money and belongings you carry with you and beware of any loss. Personal valuables should be deposited for safekeeping and large sums of cash should be deposited into bank accounts.

2.Doors should be locked during the night; close the doors and windows whenever you leave the room.

3.If any suspicious personnel and accident hazards are noticed, please report them to the staff on duty immediately.

Ⅲ. Fire Alarm Instructions

1.After checking-in, please any attention to the floor emergency evacuation exits at first, read the “Fire Emergency Safety Exit Map” carefully and memorize it, familiarizing yourself with the position of your room and the direction of the evacuation routes and making sure that, if any fire alarm should occur, you could find the nearest safety exit quickly.

2.Raise awareness of fire prevention; don’t add electricity wires without permission; any electrical appliances which violate the regulations are strictly forbidden. When you leave the room, you must turn off (unplug) all kinds of connectors and plug-ins of the electrical appliances. Smoking is strictly forbidden on school campus.

3.in case of the alarm, evacuate quickly according to the emergency exit routes.

Ⅳ. Accommodation Instructions

1.Deposit your personal belongings and confirm your room properly based on the guidance of the staff and volunteer; please don't change rooms on your own or take the supplies of your room to other rooms. It is prohibited to let others stay in your room without permission.

2.Please take good care of the properties in your lodging; pay attention to the saving of water and electricity.

3.If any equipment in the room malfunctions, please report it to the floor management staff/volunteer, and they will contact the professional personnel to solve the problem.

4.Smoking and drinking alcohol in the dormitory is strictly prohibited.

5,Please use the air-conditioner and the electric fan in the dormitory according to the weather condition. The temperature in the room during the night should be adjusted as appropriate (any temperature below 24℃ is not recommended).

6.In case of loss of personal belongings, personal harm, and illness, etc., please contact the secrity staff right away.

Ⅴ. ID Management

1.Please keep your Invitational ID properly, and do not lend it to others. Use your ID by strictly following the instructions on its back as well as the instructions on access codes.

2.If you lose your ID, please report it to the staff immediately.
